      Oracle VM VirtualBox is a virtualization software, which can be used to run other operating systems in an operating system. there are examples on backtrack ubuntu and windows operating system.hen this example experiment in backtrack VM VirtualBox, with windows and ubuntu containing

INSTALASION UBUNTU

1. open system -> VM virtual box -> NEW (create name)->next->give name
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. give the size of the memory -> create new hardish -> VDI->dynamically allocated-> major regulatory hardish ->finish
   
   
   
   
   
3. right click - settings - storage - search cd or iso ubuntu - ok
   
   
   
4. start ubuntu
5. klik install ubuntu -> forward -> specify partitions manually ->install now ->contents of the requested data-> loading proces install ->finish ->restart
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   INSTALL WINDOWS
   the process is almost the same as ubuntu install. from step 1 to 3

      To connect or ping the windows with Backtrack. backtrack and ubuntu can ping
      
      
      
      
      
      

      1. run virtual box -> select akun windows and ubuntu -> select the setting -> select network (change of the column attached to a Bridged adapter)
         
         
      2. ping ubuntu to backtrack 
         
         
      3. ping windows to backtrack
         
         
      4. succeed
